| yea so it has been a long while since i have posted on here so i decided to make a lil resurgence. i think that would be the correct word. so how r things? great here. God is really workin with my life. about a month ago or maybe a lil more than that i had given up on a lot of things. i had decided that i would just let God be ruler of my life like he should be and since then i have found so much in God. i have really learned to trust him. i have stoped struggling with bad relationships but because i came back to a good relationship with God my relationships else where have blossemed. i struggled with the question of predestination and i think i have came to terms with that. God is just really teaching me to rely on him and that the number one relationship i need to focus on is my relationship with him.

that is an amazing song. the power of Jesus' blood is amazing. Derek Webbs cd is also amazing. i would once again encourage ne of y'all who don't have it to once again go out and by this cd. it is amazing.

| I think that this is probably one of Derek Webbs best songs and so therefore i have chosen to start out with it.

I love this song. It is on so many levels it is amazing. Jesus did come for one reason and that was to find his "bride" or the Church. If you don't love the Church u don't love what Jesus stood for. and even in the Church we search for so much more beyond God and Jesus that the Church has became a whore. There is just so much that could be read into this song. Once again i encourage all to by this cd. No, not to burn it which sounds weird comin out of Jory Davis' mouth but to actually buy it so not only can u hear what God has to say through Derek Webb but u can read God's word through Webb's writing.

| Hey ladies and gents who may be readin this; this site is going to be dedicated to one of my favorite singers of all time for the next couple of entries so i wanted to start off with somethin that he has to say in his cd book.
"After ten years in a Christian band, backstage in the music industry and in the hallways of church buildings across America, my attention as a songwriter has turned to a fresh affection for the Church. It seems we know all too little of who She is, how She should dress, or what She was made for. I have found that Scripture is provacative when it comes to these issues and so these songs are not for the faint of heart. Truth is, God would rather die then be without Her, and She is both wretched and radiant. I'm convinced taht there is only one righteousness suitable for Jesus' bride, and He is jealous for her love. For the believer, truth is freedom. Even truth that is hard to hear. May these songs stir all of us to see, as if for the first time, that we have (still) a great need for a Savior, and a great Savior for our need."
This is just an awesome word by Derek Webb and is very true. The Church, which is Jesus' bride is very wicked but is awesome in the same time. I think that we need to get back to the basics in fellowship with one another and worship with the Lord. We need to get back to the Word. The Bible. well that is about enough from me. peace in Jesus.
